ABOUT US
Leveraging technology for print and communications success
From its legacy as a leading printer, Alexander’s has emerged as the pioneer in merging technology innovation with graphic communication
Innovation. In today’s business environment, the ability to rise above the competition may depend on solutions that didn’t exist even one season ago. In the realm of graphic communications, Alexander’s understands this principle beyond anyone else.
A private company based in Lindon, Utah, Alexander’s began its journey with one guy—Jeff Alexander—and one copier, to become a leading commercial printer over 30 years ago. From that heritage, the company has realized that it takes more than excellent services and competitive prices to help an organization really succeed.
With a level of technical specialization that comes from years of direct experience, Alexander’s has progressively evolved to become a leading national and international concern. Today, Alexander’s leads the industry in merging technology innovation with every variety of graphic or printed product or communication.
The company has become the unsurpassed leader in providing businesses with tools to automate and manage their communications and print/branding needs. In addition, the company has become the unsurpassed leader in helping clients automate and customize every variety of communication and print.
Alexander’s unique strengths are two-fold:
1. The Alexander’s Advantage® platform provides franchises and distributed companies such as multi-level and direct marketing firms with the industry’s first complete web-based management console, and
2. Alexander’s is the industry’s leading and most innovative provider of customized print automation. The company’s legacy in both technology and print automation ensures that no one—no matter how large the organization—understands the interface between the IT environment and the professional printer the way that we do.
Find out why clients ranging from small regional businesses to global companies such as Ingenix, FranklinCovey and Henry Schein have come to depend on Alexander’s for the innovation, the technology expertise, and the customized automation they need.
Two Key Areas of Focus
Alexander’s is specialized on two key areas of focus: The Alexander’s Advantage Platform, and Print Automation.
Alexander’s Market Advantage®
Beyond traditional branding modules, Alexander’s Advantage® provides franchises and distributed companies with a fully-customized management console that gives them all the tools they need for business success.
Alexander’s Advantage plays a critical role for franchises in every market as well as for distributed companies such as multi-level and direct marketing firms, where uniform branding is imperative. Advantage makes it easy for franchisees to carry out their own marketing efforts using approved corporate templates. However, this is where the similarities to existing print-on-demand offerings ends.
“With the Advantage platform, we are enabling franchisors to provide their franchisees with a fully-branded and customized console that gives them all of the resources they need to help their business succeed,” said Jeff Alexander, president and CEO. “Franchisees need more than collateral—they also need the instructions, the measurements and any other operational materials to launch and carry out their business campaigns, and the tools to manage the business process and measure their business success. With The Advantage, we’re giving franchisors the ability to truly partner with their franchisee customers via solutions that allow them to manage the marketing side of their business from end to end.”
Early implementations of Advantage have met with resounding success in businesses ranging from restaurants to automotive dealerships to comprehensive national organizations such as Kid-to-Kid.

Product Automation
Are there ways your company could be saving money and resources in its print and graphic communications? Or could your company be packaging your information or content as a kind of a product that you never even envisioned before?
Alexander’s is the ideal partner for you.
* Consider the opportunity a leading home builder may have to provide its customers with a complete and customized “book” of warranties, samples, colors, contact information for the various contract providers, all complete down to the color and model numbers.
* Consider the opportunity a company like FranklinCovey would have to offer its customers completely personalized planners that can be ordered online, printed, and delivered to suit that person’s individual needs, with no inventory to create or to store. Every order could be quickly customized and executed to meet an instantaneous need.
* Consider the opportunity a company like Henry Schein would have to offer their dental offices the option of sending a full color personalized postcard to their patients to remind them to make an appointment and then to remind them of the appointment. This automated service backs up Henry Schein’s email and SMS reminder services.
Alexander’s is the company that is nimble, accessible and technologically specialized to build these opportunities into realities, and for an enterprise-level project can typically save its customers hundreds of thousands of dollars in cost over other alternatives.
