PC - anonymous login


· Open the My Computer Window.

· In the address bar type the ftp address.

· A new directory will be listed below.

· Double Click Incoming if you are uploading. Double Click Outgoing if you are downloading.

· Locate your company folder, open it and drag your files to or from the FTP.

· If you don’t have a company folder, make a folder on your desktop with your company name and drag it to the Incoming folder for uploading.

REMEMBER to zip your fonts before uploading them.


MAC


If you are accessing the ftp from a MAC you will need an FTP Client.
There are many you can download for free.

One such software is Filezilla, available at http://filezilla-project.org/ The ftp clients are all different and may have different locations for entering your information.

If you need to make a folder on the FTP, make it on your desktop and upload the entire folder. You will not have permissions to make a folder directly on the FTP.

If you need a username or password for any reason, use the following:


username: anonymous


password: your email address


REMEMBER to zip or stuff your fonts on a MAC before uploading them.
